Yuzu leaf tempura

This tempura is made with young leaves harvested in May and June. The younger the leaf, the easier the tempura is to make, but you need a minimum size to get the real yuzu flavour. Young leaves, about 6 cm are fine. A crispy yuzu delicacy.

We also tested a lemon leaf tempura - no comparaison.
